Sega, Sonic and Sonic & Knuckles patches

Here are 3 patches, but where are they from? Each one is embroidered and you can see the Sega logo, classic Sonic & the Sonic&Knuckles symbol. But they're all universal, so that's no hint on where these could be bought.
