This is "Race Against Chaos" the sticker & activity book.
It's another new offering appearing at the end of 2018 from Penguin Publishing. As you can see here, it's all modern with CG art for the backgrounds (and likely the stickers too) That ring in the bottom corner says "Super Sonic Stickers Inside".
