Here's a cute & fun binder! It has 3 neutral chaos, each with different fun expression. This is a hard card 3 ring binder, likely with no interior pockets. It says "Chao!!" at the top among stars.

It's pretty cute, but this type of binder tends to not wear well. Use it at home, for light work like storing Sonic cards.
