In the Dreamcast era, Sonic Team ventured into puzzle games with ChuChu Rocket. In this puzzler, you had to guide mice into a rocketship while avoiding cats called KapuKapu (which would eat the mice & you lose points) Well, one of the modes in the game you could access would replace your mice with various neutral chao. You'd then have to guide them in the same manner, but it was an interesting visual element.
