    German McDonalds Happy Meal poster
Here is a large poster from a German McDonalds. It says "Daumen Drauf!" which means..."thumb on". Why?It is a German local-ism, a common alliterative word for mini-games that makes sense in its context. Credit to Link for translating it.This is part of an in-store display. Once a store is done…

This item is the first of its kind.
This is a dress for adults with a Sonic theme. It is by "Insert Coin" a video games theme focused clothing maker. Here, they use all-over scene print fabric to make the dress. The cloth is colored entirely with a screen shot from Casino Night Zone in Sonic 2. It's somewhat pixelated (naturally) but it's interesting to see. The front has jumping Sonic, while the back has the neon "Miles" sign from the background. The way the stage layout works makes the top/back of the dress sort of abstract. Cutting a pattern & fitting specific scene fabric to the pattern is actually pretty difficult. (Every bolt of cloth has the screen cap over & over, but figuring where & how to cut what peices to make the dress come out with the scene just-so placed is a feat.) Even if the dress wasn't cool (it's pretty cool) it would still be highly collectible due to it's first-of-a-kind nature in 2015. (Adult sizes only)
