This is a phone strap from almost before phone straps were popular! It's a simple PVC Figure Sonic and a nylon weave blue strap. He's modeled after the classic stock art, and seems fairly on-model. This is likely from the early 1990s, as the style isn't quite as refined as they got it later for him. Still, it is interesting to see such an early phone charm.
