This is a new Sonic character head hat. It is different from the set of 4 head hats seen previously, as it sits lower on the wearer's head, and is 'taller' in that it shows more of his face. Though it has no mouth, it is almost like a plush-head in its construction. It is likely made by GE Entertainment in 2009.
