This "Sonic Classics Collectors Set" wasn't announced at the start of the JW Generations / 20th Anniversary flood. However, it's sure to be welcome because look: there's 3.75 inch action figure Classic Amy Rose! However, it appears that to get her, you must re-buy the other 3 figures who you might already own if you bought anything which was released before this set.
