This is the mock up box for the All Stars Mini Racers. As you can see, it's just a basic CG graphic of how they wanted it to look, with no actual toys. Also, isn't that AiAi & Amigo instead of the Tails Plane, like they actually ended up releasing? You can see how they were planning the 3D interior of the box.
