This is a prototype of that 15th Anniversary fairly-large figure Japan got. He's partially painted. Notice how the gloves, arms, belly dot & inside the ears are all the same color. The eyes have had the white color added, but it's still needed for his gloves & socks. Did a figure get out in a partially completed state?
