This is a point of purchase (POP) display card. It's made of cardboard, and was meant to go on a shelf above/near games which include Sonic Free Riders. It has Jet & Sonic with "Blue is the Colour of great Sonic games". It's just meant to attract attention to the new release in the store. This was collected from HMV store.
