This is a pack of Tombo wooden pencils.
It's another item from their "Sonic vs Metal Sonic" themed period that happened somewhat after the time of Sonic CD. The box features the really nice fully shaded art of glowing punch Sonic & flying Metal Sonic. The pencils are all plain wood with a pearly white coating. Each one is the same. None have erasers built in. (That is common on Japanese pencils, for whatever reason--they seem to expect you to add your own cap eraser or use a separate block one) The pencils have little arts for Sonic, the logo, Tails & Knuckles. "HB" that you see there on the box top & pencil is a description for the type of lead. This set is in the SonicGear collection.
